Myrna De Jesús is a licensed real estate broker in Puerto Rico (License C21764). She came to real estate from the pharmaceutical industry, where she spent years working with protocols in which you cannot skip a step. That discipline shapes how she handles every transaction today.
She specializes in the kind of sale most agents would rather not take on: inherited properties — several heirs, titles that have not been updated in decades, and cases still working their way through the legal system. She mediates between the parties, coordinates the appraisal, title study and survey, and communicates directly with the attorney or notary handling the case.
